At Element Furniture, we are committed to delivering high-quality handcrafted furniture and dΓ©cor items. Since most of our products are handcrafted and made with natural materials, slight variations may occur. Our Return & Refund Policy is outlined below.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of product delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions mentioned in this policy.
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged during delivery

Incorrect product was delivered

Missing items from the order

Manufacturing defect in the product
The product must be unused and in its original packaging and condition.
2. Reporting a Problem
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:

Description of the issue
Requests submitted after the reporting period may not be eligible for return or replacement.
3. Replacement Policy
If the claim is verified and approved:

We will arrange a replacement of the product.

Replacement delivery usually takes 7β15 business days, depending on location and product availability.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed if:

Replacement is not available, or

The order is cancelled before dispatch.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing typically takes 5β10 business days, depending on bank or payment gateway policies.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

Damage caused due to improper use or handling

Minor variations in wood grain, texture, or finish, which are natural in handcrafted furniture

Customer change of mind after delivery

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Delivery delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped or is in production, cancellation may not be possible, especially for customized or made-to-order furniture.
7. Customized Orders
Furniture made under custom specifications (size, design, finish, etc.) is non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
8. Policy Misuse
Element Furniture reserves the right to reject return or refund requests in cases of:
