At Element Furniture, we aim to deliver our handcrafted furniture and dÊcor items safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Serviceable Locations
Element Furniture currently ships products across most locations within India.
Delivery availability depends on logistics partner coverage in your area. If your location is not serviceable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund (if payment has already been made).
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Most orders are processed within 2â5 business days.

Customized or made-to-order furniture may require additional production time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Processing time does not include delivery transit time.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines depend on the product type and delivery location.

4. Shipping Charges

We may also offer free shipping on selected products, locations, or promotional offers.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our end.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing:

Element Furniture will not be responsible for delivery failures due to:

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Invalid or unreachable phone number

Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
6. Order Modification or Address Change
Orders can only be modified before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, address changes or modifications may not be possible.
7. Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
Delivery may fail if:

The address is incorrect

The customer refuses to accept the delivery

The customer is unavailable
In such cases, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).
Any refund eligibility will be reviewed after deducting applicable logistics and handling charges.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered:

Do not accept the delivery if the damage is visible, OR

Record a clear unboxing video when opening the package

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Claims without proper evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
